5 out of 5 starsSuch a cute piece of jewellery my friend appreciated it so much!! A bit fiddly untying and retying etc, I feel like a slider may have been better BUT that doesn't stop it being the cutest piece ever and the most meaningful

Help! I've given the wrong address!!
Please contact me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if this happens! If the order hasn't shipped yet I will cancel it, and the order will need to be placed again with the correct address. This is to comply with Etsy's Purchase Protection Program, which protects both buyers and sellers should a problem arise.
PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS ALREADY SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS WILL NOT BE RESENT OR REFUNDED. It is your job to ensure your address is correct at checkout!!
When will my order ship?
Shipping from Leeds, UK on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS.
My current dispatch times are 1 to 3 business days (ie weekends and national holidays not included), and this will always be met unless something serious happens (eg severe health problems, adverse weather conditions, postal strikes etc) and in which case you will be notified promptly of any delays.

UK: your order has not arrived within two weeks.
INTERNATIONAL: your order has not arrived within one month.
Bear in mind that the pandemic is still having a major impact on postal services.
PLEASE NOTE: These time frames are ESTIMATES ONLY, based on Royal Mail's delivery estimates. We cannot account for delays including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, postal strikes, customs and import delays, and general delays within the postal services. Once your order has shipped it is out of our hands and at the mercy of the mail carriers!
Why haven't I been given a tracking number?
UK ORDERS: Standard shipping is by 2nd class which DOES NOT come with tracking. If you would like tracking I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND upgrading your shipping to a tracked option at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Standard shipping is by Royal Mail's International Tracked service and you will be provided with a tracking number once the item has shipped.
Why haven't you replied to my message/email yet?
Please be aware that I am based in the UK and so due to time zone differences I may not always be able to respond promptly. For commonly asked questions such as shipping times, tracking numbers, custom orders, wholesale orders etc please refer to our Shop Policies and FAQs. For all other enquiries, I will respond as soon as possible.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 12pm to 7pm UK time.
Custom and personalised orders
I am not currently taking on custom or personalised orders.
Sustainability
Currently we are working towards becoming more sustainable and reducing single use plastic within the business. These changes take time though! We currently recycle paper and card, and reuse packaging materials where possible, especially on larger/wholesale orders and orders containing only charms.
